How the blocks fit together
The openXEdge sits at the machine and runs the DataStore as one of its services. Both report to the FleetManager, which knows the device state and provides manuals, downloads and the security contact in the customer portal. Each block also runs alone: the DataStore on a server, the FleetManager for your own software.
