Contract engineering
We build software where machines, controls and data meet. As a standing team over years, as a work package with a defined result, or as a partner in a research project.
What we build for customers
- Control integration. Data from Siemens Sinumerik 840D and ONE (Operate, HMI Advanced), FANUC (FOCAS2), S7, OPC UA and IO-Link. Tool tables, drive and process signals, NC programs, states.
- Process monitoring. Detect tool wear and breakage, set limits automatically, predict remaining tool life. Time series, signal processing, machine learning on embedded hardware.
- Edge systems. Industrial PCs at the machine with Docker services, signed updates and a link to your cloud or asset management. Operated for years, not just until acceptance.
- Dashboards and data analysis. PostgreSQL, Grafana, custom interfaces. Plant data into asset management, ERP or customer portals.
- Integrating research results. What started as a prototype in a research project, we deliver turnkey into the production environment.
- Products under your brand. We build systems you ship under your own name. For a well-known German component manufacturer we supply the edge systems for data acquisition in machine tools.

Technology
Rust, Python, C++ and Qt, Vue, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Docker, Ubuntu Core. OPC UA with open62541, MQTT, REST. Git with CI, tests with readable reports, documentation a new colleague understands. We use AI tooling in development and set projects up so they stay maintainable with it.
